About TABCOMM

TABCOMM for Testing & Commissioning W.L.L. is an independent engineering firm headquartered in Riyadh. For 12 years, our engineers have been the last line of verification between a finished installation and a building that actually works. We commission mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire and life safety systems, and we test, adjust and balance HVAC air and water systems. Our work covers hospitals, hotels, towers, data centres, airports, government facilities and campuses across the Kingdom.

We Verify. We Do Not Install.

A commissioning report is only worth something if the people who wrote it had nothing to gain from the result. TABCOMM has no commercial or installation ties to contractors, suppliers or manufacturers. That gives owners, consultants and project managers one thing they cannot get elsewhere: an unbiased answer to a simple question. Does this system perform the way it was designed to?

Our Mission

To make sure every building system we touch is installed, tested and operated in line with its design intent, international standards and the Owner’s Project Requirements, so owners hand over buildings that are safe, efficient and reliable from day one

Our Vision

To be the commissioning partner Saudi Arabia’s most demanding projects call first, giving owners and operators lower operational risk, lower life cycle costs, and spaces where people are comfortable and safe.

How We Work

Objectivity

We report what we measure, even when it is not what someone hoped to hear.

Precision

Calibrated instruments, repeatable methods and traceable results on every test.

Early involvement

The cheapest problem to fix is the one we catch on the drawings.

Clear documentation

Reports a consultant can approve and a facility team can actually use.

Safety

Every test runs under a permit to work, a method statement and a risk assessment.

Standards We Work To

Our procedures follow the leading international standards for commissioning and balancing, together with project specifications and Saudi authority requirements.

Quality and Safety Built Into Every Test

Our Quality Management System is aligned with ISO 9001 principles. Every commissioning and TAB activity is carried out by qualified, trained engineers using standard procedures, checklists and report formats, so results are accurate, repeatable and traceable

Our HSE policy is aligned with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001. Our goal is zero harm: every engineer, subcontractor, client and visitor goes home safe, and our work leaves no lasting mark on the environment.
