Why Project Teams Trust TABCOMM
Commissioning only adds value when the findings can be trusted. That is why owners, consultants and contractors across Saudi Arabia bring TABCOMM in to verify their MEP systems before handover.

We are not tied to any contractor, supplier or installer. Our only job is to verify, so every reading and every report stays objective.
Standards you can defend
Testing and balancing follow NEBB, AABC and ASHRAE procedures, so results hold up in front of consultants, owners and authorities.

Clear, usable reporting

Commissioning Questions, Answered
Straight answers to the questions owners, consultants and contractors ask us most often.
Still have a question?
Tell us about your project and a commissioning engineer will get back to you with clear next steps.
What does commissioning mean for an MEP project?
Commissioning is the documented process of confirming that mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems are installed correctly and perform the way the design intends. It covers inspections, functional tests and the records an owner needs to accept the systems at handover.
What is the difference between TAB and commissioning?
Testing, adjusting and balancing (TAB) measures and sets air and water flows so every space receives what the design calls for. Commissioning is broader: it verifies that complete systems, including controls, work together. TAB is usually one part of a commissioning scope.
When should a commissioning team be brought in?
Ideally at design stage, so requirements and test procedures are built into the project from the start. Many clients contact us during construction or close to handover, and we can still plan and carry out the testing needed to close out.
Which standards do you work to?
We follow recognised international procedures, including NEBB, AABC, ASHRAE, BSRIA and CIBSE guidance, alongside the project specification and the consultant's requirements.
Do you work outside Riyadh?
We are based in Riyadh and support projects across Saudi Arabia. For projects elsewhere in the GCC, share the details with us and we will confirm scope and logistics.
What do we receive at the end of the work?
Clear test and balancing reports with measured data, any deficiencies found and how they were closed out, ready for the consultant's review and your handover file.
